Here's a question for ya

Is who you are determined by what you do, or is what you do determined by who you are?

I think both. The experiences that you have had definitely shape who you become. However, you have complete control over the choices you make. The logical side of me wants to say that the decisions you make decide who you are. However, I struggle with the fact that some people simply have it rough growing up. They don't have anyone to teach them how to live or for that matter how to make good decisions.) Amy M.

I think you make some good points Amy. It is hard to pick one of the two because, to some extent, they both seem correct. However, I would have to say that I would choose the latter. I think that our decisions and all that we do are results of who we really are. Granted, we do make mistakes and act contrary to what we believe. I just think that for the most part you can look at the actions of one person and get a good feel for what they're all about.
If anyone has any other thoughts, feel free to contradict or reinforce what we have brought up. I would love to hear what you think.
